Average Sale Price, New Listings, Pending Sales, Closed Sales,  and Homes for Sale.

The average sale price has remained consistent over the past few years while new listings and closed sales have steadily declined over the last few months.  As of now, prices aren't dropping!  Although inventory definitely is.
